Cancelation & Refund Policy

At RealConnect, we provide our customers with a flexible subscription model. However, we understand that our customers’ needs may change over time. Therefore, we have a straightforward cancellation and refund policy in place.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Customers can cancel their monthly subscription at any time before the end of a billing period.
  • Cancellations must be made directly within the platform. Contacting customer support does not constitute a formal cancellation.
  • Once the cancellation is initiated, it will be processed and effective within 24 hours.
  • Upon cancellation, customers will lose immediate access to their accounts and our services.
  • There is no penalty for canceling the subscription. However, if customers are charged and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to refund only 50% of the payment in dispute if the request is made within the week after the trial period ends.
  • Customers will not receive a prorated refund for canceling in the middle of a billing period. The remainder of the subscription fee for that period will be forfeited.
  • Annual Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for annual products purchased.
  • Trial Period: There is no cooling-off period beyond the 7-day trial. After signing up, the regular cancellation policy applies.
  • Reinstatement: Customers can reinstate their subscription after cancellation, but RealConnect offers no guarantees that they will have access to all the past data. Customers will have to start fresh with a new account. The data from the old account will not be retrievable.
  • Disputes: In case of any disputes regarding the cancellation or refund process, customers are encouraged to contact our customer support at info@realconnect.io. We strive to resolve any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers.
